There is something fishy about this. The narrator says the 1933 speech was made on station WABC. There was no WABC until 1953 when NBC spun off the American Broadcasting Company. WABC had been, until that time, WJZ.
Severla websites carry the transcript of this speech as reported by the NY Times on August 7, 1933. But there is no such reportin the Times' archive.
